Sealed electronic bids on National Competitive Bidding basis are invited from firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appearing on the Federal Board of Revenue active taxpayer list for supply on Free Delivery to Consignee Stores basis at regional stores in Hyderabad, Jamshoro and Nawabshah. Procurement includes Bill Form (Gen) A5 Size - Bill Form (Gen) DCN A5 Size - Bill Form (MDI) - Bill Form (MDI) DCN - 200 KVA distribution transformers (new) - 100 KVA distribution transformers (new) - 50 KVA distribution transformers (new) - ACSR Osprey conductors - ACSR Rabbit conductors - 4-core LT aluminium cable 19/.083 (70mm2) - three phase whole current static meters (AMI) - single phase energy meters (AMI) - LT spool insulators - 11KV pins for steel X-arm - meter security boxes A-Type for CT ratio 200/5 AMP - LT current transformers 400/5 Amp - 11kV termination kits 1-C 500 MCM for indoor and outdoor installation - desktop computers - laptops. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available electronically to registered bidders through EPADS Version 2.0, and bidders must register on EPADS Version 2.0 to participate. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only and manual bids will not be accepted. Each e-bid must include bid security in the prescribed amount in favour of the Chief Executive Officer in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR or Bankers Cheque from a scheduled bank of Pakistan valid for 28 days beyond bid validity; a scanned copy must be uploaded on EPADS and the original bid security must be submitted to the designated office before the relevant closing time, failing which the e-bid may be rejected. Electronic bids will be opened through EPADS on the scheduled opening date and time. Bidders must quote firm and final prices and no cost escalation request after bid opening will be entertained.
