Hiring Of Head Office Building On Lease Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of a building on lease for head office use in urban or suburban Islamabad, preferably along the specified Expressway corridor, Margalla Road, Islamabad sectors, 9th Avenue or Srinagar Highway on the Islamabad side with public transport access. The required covered area is approximately 50,000 square feet or more in an independent plaza, blocks or floors of a multistorey commercial building, or a house with structural stability certification or affidavit. Required facilities include 160 or more rooms or halls - at least 30 attached bathrooms - 20 separate washrooms - spacious kitchen or cafeteria - parking for 100 cars and 100 motorcycles - dedicated transformer of 100 KVA or above - pre-installed 200 KVA generator or dedicated space - lift where applicable - separate three-phase electricity meter - gas - uninterrupted water supply - IT networking provisions - server room and telephone lines, with a 200 KVA solar system or above preferred. Eligible plazas or multistorey buildings with open halls may require modification by the owner if selected. Bids will be evaluated through the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Bid validity is 180 days and bids will be opened at 11:30 AM.
