Procurement of human machine interface HMI touch panel for control ATS panel installed at airport facility - bids invited in Pakistani Rupees under PPRA rules through EPADS system - bidders must submit electronic bids via EPADS portal along with hard copy in sealed envelope as per prescribed format - bid security amount specified must be attached with technical proposal in original sealed form and copy uploaded online - EPADS registration is mandatory for participation - bidders must provide proof of active taxpayer status with GST and NTN certificates - bids must be submitted before deadline and will be opened on same day at designated logistics center - contract duration extends until satisfactory completion and warranty period - authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and false financial instruments may lead to blacklisting and legal action
