Procurement Of Educational Materials Equipment Sports Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of various items including equipment and other supplies learning materials for children gym and sports equipment and furniture for institutions under special education and rehabilitation complex - procurement conducted under SPPRA rules 2010 through single stage two envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial proposals - bidders must be registered with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board and listed on active taxpayers list - bids must be submitted electronically via SPPRA e-procurement portal and manual submissions are not accepted - bid security of 5 percent of estimated cost required in form of pay order demand draft or bank guarantee valid for 90 days plus 28 days - technical proposals will be opened on specified date in presence of bidders and financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later - tender fee applicable for each category and all terms conditions and eligibility criteria must be strictly followed otherwise bids will be rejected
