Bidders are required to submit technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes as applicable under the prescribed procedure. Bid security is 0.00 and bids shall remain valid for 90 days. Bids will close on September 15, 2026 at 02:15 PM and will be opened at 03:00 PM.
