Construction of multiple drinking water supply and sanitation schemes across various districts including Swabi Mardan Charsadda Peshawar and Nowshera covering water supply schemes sanitation systems street pavements drains culverts pipelines side walls and related infrastructure - procurement through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure - bidders must submit technical and financial bids electronically with required bid security of 2 percent and sealed financial proposal as per instructions - pre bid meeting scheduled and financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation - all conditions under KPPRA rules apply and incomplete or non compliant bids will be rejected
