Computers Printers Wireless Controllers Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure desktop computers - laser printers - inkjet colour printers and wireless controllers through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement shall follow the applicable single stage one envelope procedure, with electronic bids submitted online only. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required separately for each lot, including Rs. 30,000 for desktop computers, Rs. 72,000 for laser printers, Rs. 8,000 for inkjet colour printers and Rs. 70,000 for wireless controllers. Late electronic bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM at the Computer Branch in the presence of the prescribed tender opening process. Pro Tip: This procurement covers desktop computing equipment, office computers, laser printing, colour inkjet printing, wireless network controllers and information technology hardware.
