Description
Carry out maintenance and repair works for Additional Deputy Commissioners offices, including the ADC Enforcement office at the Tehsil Building, District Complex, Sialkot. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be enlisted or renewed with PEC for the current financial year in the relevant category, specifications and codes and must possess the required PEC licence. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System on item-rate basis, requiring bidders to quote rates against each DNIT and BOQ item and complete all rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 278,250, must be submitted electronically through the prescribed PSID mechanism; physical financial instruments will not be accepted. Successful bidders must furnish performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount within 15 days. Bids will be publicly opened at 11:00 AM on the scheduled date in the office of the Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle No. 2 Gujranwala.
