Description
Print, pack and deliver 121,488 trainee manuals through open competitive bidding under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers and firms registered with relevant authorities and tax departments may participate. Encrypted electronic scanned PDF bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 1,767,191, must be paid digitally for the lot through the prescribed PSID mechanism. A pre-bid meeting will be held on September 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM on the same day as the submission deadline in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
