Internal Building Electrical Civil Works Tender Notice
Description
Execute internal building electrical and civil works for the head office extension at Sundar Industrial Estate. Eligible contractors must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above with specialized codes CE10 and EE11 and possess experience of similar works. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Complete, signed and stamped electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System; bids submitted by other modes will not be considered. Bid security of Rs. 155,339, equal to 2% of the estimated cost, must be provided in the prescribed form issued exclusively by the Bank of Punjab and submitted digitally through the e-Procurement portal. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late bids or bids without required security will be rejected. Bids will be opened at 03:30 PM on the closing date.
