Hybrid Agricultural Seeds Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply hybrid seeds for the 2027 marketing and sowing seasons including Hybrid Maize Seed - Hybrid Paddy Seed Coarse Grain - Hybrid Sorghum-Sudan Grass (SSG) Seed - Hybrid Vegetable Seeds including Okra F1 Hybrid Seed, Bitter Gourd F1 Hybrid Seed, Bottle Gourd F1 Hybrid Seed and Brinjal F1 Hybrid Seed. Eligible local and international breeders, manufacturers, authorized suppliers and registered seed importers may bid for one or more lots, provided each offered lot covers 100% of its required quantity unless otherwise permitted. Each hybrid must be lawfully approved, registered or enlisted for commercial cultivation and sale in Pakistan, and bidders must possess or demonstrate required breeder, importer and marketing authorizations. Procurement shall follow Open Competitive International Bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and manual or hand submission is not allowed. Bid security at 2% of the respective estimated cost is required for each lot.
