X Ray Films Purchase Tender Notice
Description
Purchase X-ray films for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible manufacturers, sole agents and dealers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and Punjab E-Procurement System may participate. Procurement shall follow the single stage two envelope procedure, with technical and financial offers handled through the prescribed bidding process. Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be submitted in the form of call deposit as specified in the bidding documents. Technical offers will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day following submission. Pro Tip: This procurement covers radiographic X-ray films, medical imaging film supplies and diagnostic radiology consumables used for dental and clinical imaging.
