Annual Repair And Maintenance Of Lifts Tender Notice
Description
Provide annual repair and maintenance services for lifts for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible manufacturers, sole agents, dealers and service providers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and Punjab E-Procurement System may participate where applicable under the bidding documents. Procurement shall follow the single stage two envelope procedure, with technical and financial offers submitted and evaluated separately as prescribed. Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be submitted in the form of call deposit as specified in the bidding documents. Technical offers will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day following submission. Pro Tip: This procurement covers elevator maintenance, lift repair, preventive maintenance, breakdown support and annual maintenance services for vertical transportation equipment.
