Solar System Procurement Installation Tender Notice
Description
Procure and install a solar system through national competitive bidding under the single stage two envelope procedure. Active tax bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and PPIB C3 in the relevant code are eligible. Encrypted electronic bids must be submitted online through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System, while the original bid security of Rs. 290,000 in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft in favour of the Principal must be physically submitted before the closing deadline. Only electronic bids submitted through e-PADS will be accepted, and item-wise rates will not be accepted; only an accumulative rate for the complete tender is required. Bids will be opened electronically at 11:00 AM on the same date. Pro Tip: This procurement covers solar power systems, photovoltaic installation, renewable energy equipment, solar panels, electrical power generation and complete solar system installation.
