Procurement Of General Printing Press Materials Tender Notice
Description
Procure general printing press materials for the year 2026-27 including rolling machine ink powder in cyan and magenta colours - P Cok ink and green ink - mobile oil - rolling machine kambal and thread - offset machine character paste - Joki machine shuttle, needles, heavy-duty handles, rings, sewing thread and double foot - large and small water tubes - imported rubber for offset and rota machines - file cover rings - Joki machine oil - phosphorus - kerosene oil - cotton cleaning rags for machines - flex developer - rolling machine spacers and pins - magenta ink - offset machine plate cleaner, tension posts and plates. Eligible firms must be registered under Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax. Procurement shall follow the single stage, two envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System, with bid security equal to 5% of the total estimated cost of quoted item(s) submitted electronically as prescribed; physical financial instruments will not be accepted. Tenders submitted by hand, registered post or courier service will not be accepted. Bids will be opened online at 12:00 PM on the closing date in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Performance guarantee shall be handled through the prescribed Punjab e-Procurement procedure.
