Procurement of materials and services for street lighting on Kachehri Road, including 30 feet iron poles - original China 200W LED pole lights - automatic three phase 63A distribution boxes - 16mm four core flexible silver cable - pole clips - flexible wire connectors - Osaka tape - 7/64 double silver Ali Cable - 100A main breakers - 50W DaiChi LED pole lights with poles - 3/29 double copper Ali Cable - 25mm single silver wire - No. 14 galvanized wire - bed switches - pole repair with angle and welding - labour for fixing wire from pole to pole. Sealed rates are invited from Income Tax and General Sales Tax registered general order suppliers and government-approved firms. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS with a Call Deposit of PKR 350,000 in favour of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Ahmadpur Sharqia. Procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure and bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the closing date in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives. Rates must include GST and other applicable taxes. The supplier shall be responsible for delivery of all items to the relevant office, including freight and transportation costs. All rates must be quoted on a per-unit basis.
