Procurement 68 Gram Local Paper Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 68 gram local paper in size 27×17. Bids are invited from firms registered for Sales Tax, Income Tax and Professional Tax and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The estimated tender cost is PKR 43,722,000. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the procedure prescribed by PITB and Punjab Procurement; Call Deposit Receipts and Bank Guarantees in favour of the Secretary Board Bahawalpur will not be accepted. Technical bids must be uploaded through the e-Procurement System by 21 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Specifications, quantities and further details are provided in the tender documents. Rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes including Sales Tax and Income Tax. All pages of the tender documents must be signed and stamped by the firm representative.
