Description
Landscape work in front of the Commercial Center, Academic Area and Admin Building at the University of Narowal New Campus under the project Strengthening of University of Narowal, with an estimated cost of PKR 51,597,462 and bid security of PKR 2,579,873. Sealed bids are invited from contractors, construction firms and companies registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-4 and above, renewed for the current financial year, and registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority with active tax profile. Technical and financial bids in a single package must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure by 15 September 2026 at 09:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Original bid security in favour of Treasurer, University of Narowal must be submitted before the electronic bid closing time. Prices must be final and inclusive of applicable taxes, materials and transportation.
