Description
Annual rate contract for repair and maintenance of HVAC systems for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement will be conducted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial offers inclusive of all applicable taxes must be uploaded electronically, with technical, engineering and managerial capabilities, relevant experience, performance information and after-sales services where applicable. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount must be submitted electronically and no physical financial instrument will be accepted. The successful bidder must furnish 5% performance guarantee electronically.
