Provision of guarding, security and firefighting services for properties through EPADS Version 2.0 under Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage One Envelope Procedure and Least Cost Based Selection technique. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS Version 2.0 and submit e-bids with bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration as prescribed in the bidding documents. Manual bid submission will not be entertained.
