Supply Of Stationery And General Office Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement on lot-wise basis for stationery - printing - conferences and seminars - uniforms and protective cloths - other costs and items - computer stationery - entertainment and gifts - POL and transport repair, with a total estimated cost of PKR 51.270 million and bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost on a lot-wise basis. A framework contract will be awarded up to 30 June 2027 and may be extended for two months until 31 August 2027. E-bids are invited from original manufacturers, authorized distributors and general order suppliers under Open Competitive Bidding through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. E-bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System with online payment or Bank Guarantee as bid security. Bidders must provide NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates and submit best and final prices inclusive of applicable taxes. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder separately for each lot.
