Procurement of IT equipment through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure - bidders must submit electronic bids and upload required documents including original bid security before deadline - bids will be opened on same day in presence of bidders and non compliant bids will be rejected - authority may take legal action in case of false information and reserves right to accept or reject bids under PPRA rules
