Supply Of Stationery Books And Technical Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Supply of examination stationery and allied items across nine independent lots including high-security examination answer and continuation books - paper and printing stationery - degree folders - packaging and dispatch supplies - OEM toners - RISO duplicator consumables - library books covering cyber security, data science, multimedia and gaming, AI and bioinformatics - GPU-enabled mobile workstation laptop computers - SDR equipment including NI USRP B210 or equivalent and RF accessories. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible manufacturers, authorised distributors, importers, book sellers, publishers and IT or laboratory equipment suppliers must meet FBR and NTN requirements, active taxpayer status and applicable KPRA or KPPRA e-PADS registration requirements. OEM or authorised dealer certificates are required for specified lots, with 2% bid security and physical samples or compliance sheets where applicable. BSD fee is PKR 2,000 per lot. Financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened separately after technical evaluation.
