Office Building Repair Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Repair and maintenance of the office building of PHE Circle Peshawar and PHE Division-I Peshawar. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council license in Category C-6 with specialization codes BC04 and CE10, valid Provincial Enlistment Committee registration, active KPRA registration and active FBR NTN status. Bids must be uploaded through EPADS, while original bid security of PKR 100,000 and applicable non-refundable bidding document fees or additional security must be physically submitted in a separate sealed envelope through registered post or courier before the closing time. Joint ventures are not allowed. Pro Tip: This procurement covers building repair, office maintenance, civil works, structural upkeep, renovation and public infrastructure maintenance services.
