Description
Standardization and repair of Food Grain Godown under Innovative Interventions in Food Sector scheme. Eligible firms and contractors must hold renewed Pakistan Engineering Council registration in C-6 category, be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority as active taxpayers, and submit CNIC copies, affidavits confirming no default, blacklisting or litigation, and duly signed bidding documents. Electronic bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope E-PAD procedure. Bidders must submit required CDR details electronically with the e-bid. Bid security of Rs. 318000 and tender fee including stamp duty of Rs. 7200 are required as specified. Rates must be quoted electronically on ABOVE, BELOW or AT PAR basis for scheduled and non-scheduled items based on MRS 2025 (1st Annual). Detailed rate analysis and additional security requirements apply to bids more than 20% below the estimate. Electronic bids will be displayed after closing time and financial proposals will be opened at 12:30 PM on the closing date.
