Fabrication Solid Waste Machinery Tender Notice
Description
Supply and fabrication of solid waste machinery including one Tractor 4WD front and back complete as per specifications - two 1 to 1.5M3 mini tippers - one tractor trolley. The chassis shall be supplied by the procuring entity. Eligible experienced manufacturers, fabricators and suppliers with required NTN and relevant registration may participate through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial bids. Technical bids will be opened electronically at 2:00 PM on the closing date, while financial bids of technically accepted and responsive bidders will be opened publicly after technical evaluation with the date, time and venue communicated through the provided email address. Original bid security equal to 2% of the total bid price in the form of CDR in favor of TMA Hassan must be submitted in a sealed envelope before the closing date and time. Rates shall be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office, and the successful bidder must provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late, manually submitted bids will not be accepted.
