Fair Price Pharmacy Services Tender Notice
Description
Invitation for operation of a Fair Price Pharmacy at a teaching hospital, including approved rental rates and related pharmacy services under a framework contract valid until June 30, 2027. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department, hold a valid Drug Sale License under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Drug Sales Rules, and be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Bidding shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSAL submitted electronically through E-PADS; manual bids are not accepted. Scanned documents must be uploaded electronically, while original Call Deposit Receipt bid security of Rs. 2,000,000/- must be submitted before bid closing along with attested copies of uploaded documents. Mandatory documents are required and non-compliant bidders will be treated as non-responsive. Technical evaluation will be conducted according to the bidding documents. Pre-bid meeting will be held on September 14, 2026 at 11:30 am, and electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 am on the closing date.
