Construction Five Prefabricated Primary Schools Tender Notice

Design, construction, testing, commissioning and handing over of five prefabricated LGS primary school facilities at GPS Banda Batang No.1 Abbottabad - GGPS Basala Abbottabad - GPS Dewsar Mastuj Upper Chitral - GGPS Dhoke Ghakran Khanpur Haripur - GGPS Adina No.1 Razar Swabi. Works include main school buildings with civil works and LGS structures - toilet blocks with LGS structures - boundary walls - protection and retaining walls - external development works - complete electrical and plumbing works. The procurement is on EPC mode with a 12-month defect liability period and a consolidated lump-sum financial bid covering design, construction, testing, commissioning and all associated works. Bidding follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through EPADS with separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible bidders must provide valid PEC registration, C&W Department registration, NTN or Income Tax certificates, KPRA registration where applicable, financial soundness, relevant experience, personnel and equipment capabilities and supporting technical documents. Bid security is Rs. 12330000/- representing 5% of estimated cost, with additional security requirements for bids quoted more than 10% below the Engineer estimate. Tender fee is Rs. 163300/- at 0.05% of estimated cost plus applicable stamp duty. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 18-09-2026 at 12:00 PM at the office of the Chief Engineer East, C&W Department, Peshawar. Technical bids open at 12:00 PM and financial bids at 12:30 PM after approval of technical evaluation.
