Description
Construction and pavement of streets including drains, culverts and retaining walls at Tehsil Batkhela. Bidding shall be conducted electronically through EPADS under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible and experienced firms and contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category, enlisted with Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, included on the FBR Active Taxpayers List and registered with KPRA and EPADS. Estimated cost is Rs. 2.800 million and earnest money is Rs. 56000 at 2%. Rates shall be quoted on percentage above, below or at-par basis using MRS-2025 1st Bi-Annual. Bid security and additional security shall be submitted as prescribed under applicable KPPRA notification, with CDR details uploaded electronically and original documents provided as required. Manual bid submission is not allowed and bids containing bogus or false documents will be rejected. Bids will be opened at 12:45 PM at the office of Tehsil Municipal Administration Batkhela.
