Solar Electrification Religious Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Solar electrification and solarization of Tablighi Markaz Thall PK-93 and Jamia Masjid and Madrassa in District Hangu under the Hangu Area Development Program for 2025-26. Bids shall be submitted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via EPADS, with separate technical and financial bids uploaded electronically. Original bid security, additional security where applicable, and tender form fee at 0.03% of the engineer estimate in the form of CDR must also be physically submitted through registered post, courier or special messenger. Eligible bidders must hold valid PEC registration category C-6 or above with relevant codes, SECP registration, active FBR NTN and STRN, active KPRA registration, Provincial Enlistment Committee registration and valid Class-E Electric Contractor License. Technical bids will be opened at the specified time while financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened after technical evaluation. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 04-09-2026 at 1200 hours.
