Provision of internal audit services for financial year including audit of company operations by qualified chartered accountant firms with required experience and QCR rating - bids invited under single stage two envelope procedure - bidders must be registered with tax authorities and submit proposals with bid security of PKR 50000 - bids must be submitted before deadline and will be opened on same day - authority reserves right to accept or reject bids under PPRA rules
