Fabrication Solid Waste Collection Machinery Tender Notice
Description
Fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery comprising one 4WD tractor with front and back fabrication complete as per specifications, two mini tippers with capacity of 1 to 1.5 cubic metres, and one tractor trolley. The chassis will be supplied by the procuring entity. Bids shall be submitted through EPADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Technical bids will be opened electronically on the specified opening date and time, while financial bids of technically accepted and responsive bidders will be opened publicly after technical evaluation and the schedule communicated through the provided email address. Eligible manufacturers, fabricators and suppliers must be registered on EPADS. Original bid security equal to 2% of the total bid price in the form of CDR must be submitted in a sealed envelope before the submission deadline. Rates shall be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office, and the successful bidder must provide complete operational training to staff.
