Procurement including fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery such as mini tipper front end loader backhoe and tractor trolley using chassis provided by procuring agency - bidding under single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS - bidders must be registered with tax authorities and KPRA and submit electronic bids with 2 percent bid security in form of CDR - technical bids will be opened on same day and financial bids of qualified bidders opened later
