Drilling Tube Wells Solar Systems Kohlu Tender Notice
Description
Execution of drilling and development of tube well bore along with solar system at different Union Councils of District Kohlu under PSDP 2026-27 Scheme, PSDP No. 46. Eligible contractors/firms must be present on the Active Tax Payer List, registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. The bidder must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature, demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 34,825,725 in one of the subsequent previous years, submit audit report/audit balance sheets for FY 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26, and possess Pakistan Engineering Council registration C-5 and above up to PKR 65 million in relevant categories and specialized codes CE09(ii) Water Supply, CE10(i) General Civil Engineering Works and EE11(vi) Solar Installation. Tender participation fee is to be deposited through an EPPS-generated challan in a National Bank of Pakistan branch in Balochistan Province. Procurement follows Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit. The tender documents are available electronically through the BPPRA website and bids are submitted through the supplier dashboard. The tender will be opened at 11:00 AM.
