Supply Installation Testing Lab Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Supply, installation, testing, commissioning and training of lab equipment on an F.O.R. basis, including a Dielectric Tester and Impedance Analyzer for Energy Storage Polymer Films and Ceramic Pallets and a Core i5 10/11th Gen Laptop. Bidders must be registered with EPADS V2.0, relevant tax authorities, and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms and conditions are available on the GIK Institute website and PPRA EPADS V2.0. The procurement procedure is Single Stage-Two Envelope. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 is required and bid security/earnest money is as specified in EPADS V2.0. Scanned copies are to be uploaded electronically while original instruments must reach the Procurement Department before tender closing. GIK Institute reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the procurement process under applicable PPRA Rules. Tender opening is scheduled at 15:30 hrs.
