Miscellaneous Articles Medicines Repairs Protective Clothing Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and services comprising other miscellaneous and petty articles and other items; uniforms and protective clothing; repair of machinery and equipment; repair of transport vehicles; repair of furniture and fixture; and purchase of drug medicines for Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement is under Rule-46(1) Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules. Eligible suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors must be enlisted on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR/SRB as applicable. Tender fees are Rs. 3,000 for miscellaneous items, Rs. 2,000 for uniforms and protective clothing, Rs. 2,000 for machinery and equipment repair, Rs. 3,000 for transport repair, Rs. 2,000 for furniture and fixture repair, and Rs. 3,000 for drug medicines, all non-refundable. Bid security is 5% of total budget for each category. Bidding documents are available through the EPADS portal. Original tender fee instruments and required bid security must reach the procuring office before bid submission. E-bids will be opened at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. The procuring agency may increase or decrease quantities and may reject or annul the bidding process under applicable SPPRA Rules.
