Water Supply Line Pump Room Construction Sargodha Tender Notice
Description
Provision of water supply line from Sargodha Pull 47 to SIE Sargodha and construction of pump room, with estimated cost of Rs. 68,031,628 and earnest money of Rs. 3,401,581. The work has a completion period of 06 months. Interested firms must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-4 or above for the current year in the relevant field of specialization, a valid legal entity registration, valid certificates from tax authorities including FBR and PRA, and an undertaking confirming that the firm has never been blacklisted by Punjab Small Industries Corporation. Earnest money of 5% of tender cost is to be submitted through CDR in favour of Director (W&D), PSIC Head Office Lahore. Procurement follows Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 and is conducted exclusively through Punjab e-Procurement System. Item rates for each individual item must be quoted. Technical proposals will be opened at 11:00 AM. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of submission. False information may result in disqualification and a bidder failing to submit CDR will be treated as non-responsive.
