Description
Development works comprising construction of PCC Midh Ranjha Kotmomin Road to Chak Miana near House Main Sajid Ali Qureshi, Tehsil Kotmomin, District Sargodha, with estimated cost of Rs. 3.500 million and CDR amount of 5%, and Rural Drainage Scheme at House Khalid (Islamabad Police) near House Taha Hussain Abadi Purana Bhalwal, District Sargodha, with estimated cost of Rs. 3.000 million and CDR amount of 5%. Bids are invited from companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers, suppliers and JVs where applicable, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and relevant registration and tax authorities. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab PPRA/e-Procurement system. Earnest money is to be submitted through the e-Procurement System and original CDR is to be provided to the Opening Committee. Procurement follows Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 and PLGW Rules 2017. Fake information or documents may result in disqualification and recommendations for action or blacklisting. The procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rule 35. Where quoted lowest rates exceed 5% of estimated cost, additional performance security is required under applicable rules. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS by September 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
