Description
Construction of Nallah near Graveyard Village Challianwala, Mandi Bahauddin, under the Annual Development Program 2026-27. The estimated cost is Rs. 2,454,500 and earnest money is Rs. 122,725, equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost. Tenders are invited from registered contractors on EPADS and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes for Financial Year 2026-27. The estimate is based on MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 and local market rates. Bidding documents are to be uploaded on the EPAD dashboard by September 18, 2026 at 12:00 PM and opened on the same day at 1:30 PM in the District Council Hall, Mandi Bahauddin. Procurement is through Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure and selection is by Least Cost. Bid security of 5% is to be uploaded as prescribed on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Bidders quoting more than 4.99% below the technical sanction estimated cost must deposit additional performance or quality assurance security equal to the difference between estimated cost and quoted bid amount.
