Miscellaneous Forensic Laboratory Consumables Kits Tender Notice

Procurement of miscellaneous consumables for different sections; standards and miscellaneous consumables for Toxicology Section; miscellaneous consumables for DNA and Serology Section; consumables for Crime Scene Investigation; Elisa Kits for Toxicology Section; AMPF/STR Kits for DNA Section; Prepfiler Lysep Columns; and Globalfiler Autosomal STR Typing Kit. Estimated costs are PKR 85,910,512, PKR 64,026,466, PKR 27,574,001, PKR 5,730,570, PKR 12,609,480, PKR 430,822,500, PKR 107,639,344 and PKR 157,861,928 respectively. Tenders are invited under Single Stage-Two Envelope basis through Punjab E-Procurement from sales tax, income tax and PRA registered firms. Tender documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders through the Punjab E-Procurement system. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically no later than 22 September 2026 at 11:00 hours, with the technical proposal opening at 11:30 hours on the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. If the submission date is declared a public holiday, the next working day will be considered. The procuring authority may reject all bids or proposals before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
