Solarization of Wildlife Facilities at Jharikas Wildlife Checkpost, Jharikas Haripur, under the project titled 10BTTP Phase-1 Upscaling of Green Pakistan Program (Revised) Wildlife Component. The estimated cost is Rs. 1.00 million and bid security is Rs. 20,000, equal to 2% of estimated cost, in the form of CDR in favour of Divisional Forest Officer, Haripur Wildlife Division from any scheduled bank of Pakistan. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible firms and bidders must be registered with FBR and KPPRA and must register on EPADS. Bidders shall upload clear and readable scanned bidding documents through EPADS and submit original tender form, original bid security and other relevant documents in a sealed envelope to the procuring office. Required documents include CNIC, active tax registration, affidavit of non-involvement in any court case with the department, and application signed and stamped by an authorized person. Cutting or overwriting and discrepancies between scanned and hard copies will result in disqualification. Bid securities of the first, second and third lowest bidders will be retained until approval. Applicable taxes will be deducted, offered rates will remain valid until 30-06-2027, and requisite items will undergo quality inspection before final payment.
