Examination Stationery Library Books Project Equipment Tender Notice

Supply of Examination Stationery, Allied Items, Library Books and Project Equipment for Financial Year 2026-27 divided into nine lots: High-Security Examination Answer and Continuation Books; Paper and Printing Stationery; Degree Folders; Packaging and Dispatch Supplies; OEM Toners; RISO Duplicator Consumables; Library Books covering Cyber Security, Data Science, Multimedia and Gaming, AI and Bioinformatics; GPU-Enabled Mobile Workstations or Laptop Computers; and SDR Equipment including NI USRP B210 or equivalent and RF Accessories for Project Equipment. Bidders may quote for one, several or all lots, with each lot evaluated and awarded independently. Bid security is 2% of the relevant lot value and BSD fee is Rs. 2,000 per lot, non-refundable. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorised distributors, importers, book sellers, publishers and IT/lab equipment suppliers. Valid FBR/NTN registration and Active Taxpayer status are required, with KPRA registration for Lots 1-6 and KPPRA e-Pads registration for Lot 7. OEM or authorised-dealer certificates are required for Lots 5, 6, 8 and 9, while Lot 7 requires minimum five years relevant supply experience. Non-blacklisting affidavit and physical samples or compliance sheet are required as applicable. Bidding follows Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under KPPPRA Rules 2014. Technical proposals will be opened at 11:00 AM, while financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened on a separately notified date.
