Maintenance and repair to Allied Staff Quarter No. 3, Tehsil Pattoki, District Kasur. The estimated cost is Rs. 999,600 and earnest money is Rs. 49,981, equivalent to 5% of the estimated DNIT cost. The work is to be completed within 01 month. Tendering is based on item rates on approved DNIT and is open to contractors or firms enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for the current financial year in the relevant category and specialization code. The original PEC License bearing the requisite relevant specialization codes must be produced. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement System, with earnest money submitted through 1-link or online bank transfer from a scheduled bank using the PSID generated through the system. Manual bids are not accepted. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals under applicable PPRA Rules. Bids will be opened at 01:30 PM.
