Framework Contract Branding Advertisement Material Tender Notice

Description

Procurement of branding and advertisement material as a whole lot with estimated cost of Rs. 4.823 million and bid security of 3% of estimated cost. A Framework Contract will be awarded to the successful bidder up to June 30, 2027. Eligible bidders must be pre-qualified by the Directorate General Public Relations, Punjab for the Agriculture Department under the categories of Outdoor Advertisement and Production House, and must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, General Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidders must have at least three years of experience in private and public sector departments. Procurement follows open competitive bidding under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bidding documents are available free of cost through PPRA and Agriculture Department websites. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in favour of the Director General Agricultural Information Punjab, Lahore, and physical financial instruments are not accepted. Bidders must provide best and final prices inclusive of applicable taxes, and samples may be required for each item. The bidder must undertake responsibility for free replacement of stores found substandard or inconsistent with specifications. Alternate proposals and conditional bids are non-responsive, while incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or late bids will be rejected. NTN, Sales Tax, PST registration certificates and professional tax certificate for 2026-27 are required. The contract may be automatically cancelled if DGPR Punjab changes or reallocates the pre-qualified agencies for the relevant categories. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM.
