Description

Works comprising special repair of Deputy Director Development Office Bahawalpur including wall paneling, tile flooring, doors and electric work, with estimated cost of Rs. 0.987 million, earnest money of Rs. 49,350 and completion period of 03 months; special repair and maintenance of Quarter No. 221-II, 80-II, 128-II and 35-III in One Unit Staff Colony Bahawalpur, with estimated cost of Rs. 1.163 million, earnest money of Rs. 58,150 and completion period of 03 months; and special repair and maintenance of Quarter No. 177-II, 30-II and 50-II in One Unit Staff Colony Bahawalpur, with estimated cost of Rs. 1.16 million and earnest money of Rs. 58,000 with completion period of 03 months. Tenders are based on item rates with amounts and total bid cost as required in the BOQ under Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure pursuant to PPRA Rules 38(1). Contractors and firms must be enlisted or renewed with PEC for FY 2026-27 in the relevant category, specifications and codes and must upload their bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of 5% must be deposited electronically in favour of Executive Engineer Buildings Division No. 1, Bahawalpur and physical CDR is not accepted. Contractors must submit their PEC License to the Tender Opening Committee. Rates must be quoted against each BOQ item and percentage-based bids or bids with incorrect grand totals will be non-responsive. Successful bidder must furnish Performance Guarantee as required under PPRA Rule 56. Corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected electronic bids will be rejected under PPRA Regulations 2024. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM.
