Construction And Rehabilitation Works In Parks And Graveyard Tender Notice
Description
Development works comprising construction and rehabilitation of Tuff Tiles, brick work, plaster, PCC and related works in parks and streets within the jurisdiction of Municipal Committee Jaranwala, with estimated cost of Rs. 9,994,000 and 5% bid security of Rs. 499,700; rehabilitation and improvement of Markazi Janazgah near Lahore Mor, MC Jaranwala, with estimated cost of Rs. 9,800,000 and bid security of Rs. 490,000; and improvement of Main Graveyard, remaining work, Lahore Road Jaranwala, with estimated cost of Rs. 3,000,000 and bid security of Rs. 150,000. Bids are invited from contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with PPRA for e-Procurement and registered with FBR and PRA with NTN and PNTN. Bid security is required in favour of Municipal Committee Jaranwala in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order, with the original instrument to be submitted before the electronic bid deadline. Procurement follows Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procuring authority may reject all bids under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders are responsible for timely uploading of complete e-bids. The opening time is 12:00 PM.
