Development works comprising rehabilitation of PCC Road from Parrian Masjid towards Darnoian Jamia Masjid, MC Kotli Sattian, estimated cost Rs. 30.00 million; rehabilitation of PCC Road from Drair towards Chamba, MC Kotli Sattian, estimated cost Rs. 30.00 million; rehabilitation of PCC Road from near Burj Bazar towards Lower Phofandi, MC Kotli Sattian, estimated cost Rs. 30.00 million; installation of solar street lights from Milad Chowk to Chewara Glamping Pods and towards Bharia Foundation School Kotli Sattian, estimated cost Rs. 28.200 million; construction of public toilets near Milaad Chowk, MC Kotli Sattian, estimated cost Rs. 7.00 million; and construction of walking track from Kotli Burj Road near Toti Stop to Parchan Hill Top, MC Kotli Sattian, estimated cost Rs. 9.90 million. Bid security is 5% of estimated cost. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and upload valid PEC License, CNIC, PRA registration and NTN. Contractors participating in the solar street light work must possess PEC electrical codes EE04, EE06 and EE11 and a license from Government of Punjab Energy Department, Electric Inspectorate Islamabad. Bidding is conducted through Punjab e-Procurement System with item-wise rates and follows applicable PPRA Rules. Physical financial instruments are not accepted. Where the total tendered amount is equal to or less than 5% of the approved estimate/DNIT amount, the lowest bidder must deposit additional performance security or quality assurance guarantee as prescribed, refundable after successful completion subject to the stated conditions. Incomplete, incorrect, unreadable, corrupted, virus-infected or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. The successful bidder will be announced at 02:30 PM.
