Street Pavement Drain Culverts Thana Jadeed Tender Notice

Description

Street pavement, drain and culverts at V/C Thana Jadeed under the Sustainable Development Goals Achievement Program, with estimated cost of Rs. 4.568 million and earnest money of Rs. 91,360. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure. Eligible Government contractors or firms must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council, enlistment with Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and KPPRA registration for the current financial year 2026-27. Bidding documents shall be downloaded from EPADS after publication through KPPRA. The award shall be based on above or below Engineer Estimate using MRS-2025 1st Bi-Annual, and contractors shall quote according to the applicable notification. Bid securities and additional securities shall comply with the relevant KPPRA notification and shall be in the form of CDR in favour of the procuring entity or TMO Thana Baizai. Required documents include valid LCB registration, KP Revenue Authority registration, signed and stamped BOQ, original CDR and additional security, CNIC of managing director or owner and active NTN or Income Tax certificate. Bids and original CDR received by fax or by hand will not be accepted; sealed bids must be sent through registered mail or courier. Work commencement is subject to availability and release of government funds. Cutting or overwriting on the BOQ will render the tender non-responsive. Equal offers shall be decided through free toss after verification of CDRs. Applicable taxes will be deducted under government laws and future Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government instructions will apply.
