Printing Supply Examination Answer Scripts Tender Notice
Description
Printing and supply of answer scripts for the University of Haripur. Sealed bids or tenders are invited from qualified and reputable firms duly registered with relevant Tax Authorities of the Government of Pakistan. The entire bidding process will be carried out through EPADS, and electronic bids must be prepared according to the bidding documents and submitted through EPADS. Bids submitted through any other means will not be accepted. The tender document must be arranged with the University tender document on top, followed by mandatory documents in sequential order and other documents. Bidders must attach 2% of the total bid value as refundable bank draft or Call Deposit in favour of the Treasurer, The University of Haripur, with the financial proposal. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under applicable KPPRA and PPRA rules, while errors and omissions may be subject to rectification by the University. Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM in the Procurement Office.
