Development works comprising construction of street and drain from Raja Aslam to Raja Aamir, Village Balkassar, Tehsil and District Chakwal, estimated cost Rs. 1.602 million and bid security Rs. 80,100; construction of street and drains with allied works from Maingan Road towards House of Azhar Dodhi at Neela Road near Oudherwal Graveyard, Tehsil and District Chakwal, estimated cost Rs. 1.816 million and bid security Rs. 90,800; construction of street and nullah with allied works at Village Parrary Wali Dakhili Thoa Mehram Khan, Tehsil Talagang, District Chakwal, estimated cost Rs. 3.700 million and bid security Rs. 185,000; construction of nullah with allied works from Main Road towards Village Bhubhar, Tehsil and District Chakwal, estimated cost Rs. 3.735 million and bid security Rs. 186,750; construction of streets and drains with allied works from Masjid Farooq-e-Azam to House of Professor Liaqat at Chakora Dakhili Oudherwal, Tehsil and District Chakwal, estimated cost Rs. 4.023 million and bid security Rs. 201,150; and construction of street and nullah with allied works from Madrasa near Rasool towards Government Boys Middle School at Village Kotehra Jabbi, Tehsil Talagang, District Chakwal, estimated cost Rs. 4.987 million and bid security Rs. 249,350. Works are advertised for MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 and bidders must be registered on E-PADS for 2026-27. Procurement follows Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and is open to eligible bidders. Bid security must be submitted through the electronic system in favour of District Council Chakwal. Item-wise rates must be clearly quoted and incomplete, ambiguous, unfilled, non-readable, corrupted, virus-infected, unsigned or unstamped bids will be rejected. Where the lowest bidder rate is equal to or less than 5% of estimated cost, 10% additional performance security of contract amount is required through the electronic system. Successful contractors must execute the agreement on government-prescribed stamp paper within seven days of acceptance for issuance of work order.
